  • Project Manager / Full Stack Developer

    During this work-study program, I delivered an internal web application dedicated to risk and project management, from need analysis to final delivery. The goal was to centralize information that had been scattered, structure its follow-up, and make its use more reliable. The application provides a coherent, shared view of projects and associated risks, with summary dashboards and key performance indicators to support steering and decision-making.

    During this work-study program, I delivered a web application dedicated to digitizing the investment request process. The goal was to replace a manual process with a reliable, structured tool, ensuring security and smooth handling of requests. The application allows users to submit requests and track them through a multi-level validation workflow, which improved traceability, reduced processing times, and freed up time for those in charge of the process so they could focus on higher value-added tasks.
